Orders placed before 11:00 AM are delivered the following day. All shipments are trackable, and you’ll receive an email notification once your order is dispatched.

Certain remote areas may require extra delivery time — please contact info@sensajewellery.com for details. Every order is beautifully gift-wrapped. If your purchase is a gift, indicate this at checkout so the invoice is sent separately to the billing address, while the gift includes a certificate showing only the item details.

• Orders under CHF 2’500.00 incur a CHF 95.00 shipping fee
• Estimated delivery: 2–5 working days for orders placed before 5:30 PM WET
