Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every SENSA piece. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer complimentary returns or exchanges within 14 days for standard items.
Returning an Item
- Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.
- Engraved or custom-made items (including resized pieces) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- No returns on sale items.
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, contact Client Services at info@sensajewellery.com. A complimentary shipping label will be provided.
We recommend returning items in their original packaging with security tags, using registered delivery, as SENSA cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 working days after inspection.
International returns may take up to 28 days to reach us. Customs duties and local taxes are not refundable.
Extended Returns
For gifts, we can arrange an extended return period. Please email info@sensajewellery.com to arrange this.
Repair Returns
For any repairs, contact info@sensajewellery.com. All repair costs and return shipping are covered by SENSA Jewellery.
